The Mobilizers at Heritage are here to help educate our church on God's heart for all nations, and how you can be a part of His work (whether as a "Sender" or "Goer"). If you have any questions about Global Ministries at Heritage, please let us know and one of our Mobilizers will follow up with you.

A Disciple-Making Team is a 10-week training focused on fostering healthy disciple-making rhythms in community to reach Lynchburg and the Nations. These 10-week groups run every Fall and Spring.

Short-term ministry trips are a unique opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to God’s heart for the nations, engage in practical ministry and cultural immersion, encourage our global workers, and to be more equipped for what God wants to do through you in His great commission work.

The Pathway to the Nations provides an avenue for you to discover more about your role in the Great Commission, develop as a healthy disciple-maker, and deploy to the unreached. We would love to sit down with you and share more about this opportunity for you to be equipped for effective cross-cultural ministry.

There are a variety of needs and opportunities to serve through our partners, including Parkview Mission, Blue Ridge Pregnancy Center, Sports Outreach Institute, Five18 Family Services, and Good News Clubs.

These teams of 10-16 members are a vital ministry that provide intentional prayer, encouragement, care, and advocacy for our Global Workers.

If you aren’t sure what your next step is and would like someone to pray with you, encourage you, and provide coaching on what that could look like, someone would love to connect with you!

This is available to those who have already participated in a 10-week Disciple Making Team. A longer-term Disciple Making Team continues in the efforts of fostering healthy disciple making rhythms, without as much of a time commitment. Jump in with other like-minded believers who are committed to the vision of disciple making and enjoy Jesus together.
